New Balance Games: Coach's InstructionsPublished by
Weather Concerns:The meet will go on as planned no matter what. We have added a varsity 200m, 1000m, and 55m dash to Friday’s schedule. Feel free to move athletes from Saturday to Friday if you want to. No adding athletes will be allowed.
Saturday’s meet will stay on schedule through the steeple chases at 3:40. After that use a rolling schedule and get the meet done as fast as possible. If you’re running a later relay you should plan on running ahead of schedule just in case.
Any concerns please email Tim Fulton. Do not call as we can not handle the volume of calls that come in.

ATHLETE BIBS All athletes must have the bib assigned to them on when they check into the clerking area or their field event. If you need an extra bib for missing runners report to the timing room.
INDIVIDUALS In your packet every athlete will have a sticker with their name, school, and bar code on it. Have athletes bring the proper stickers to check in at each event. No sticker = you did not enter properly = that athlete is not competing.
INVITATIONAL EVENTS There are sign in sheets at the awards table. You must check in your athletes or scratch your athletes 2 hours before their event is scheduled. Any athlete who does not scratch from an invitational event will not be able to compete the rest of the day. Stickers can be used to enter any event except the invitational events.
RELAYS You will be given unique relay cards for the exact number of relays you entered online.
